San Juan Hill, A Vanished NYC Community

Short Film | Independent Project

San Juan Hill was a Black and Puerto Rican neighborhood on Manhattan's Upper West Side, cleared in the 1950s to build Lincoln Center. This history-inspired short film reconstructs the lost community through archival research, site documentation, and generative imagery, following a girl who saves a single tile from the rubble of her demolished home. Seventy years later, she places it into a mosaic that becomes her community's memorial. The film traces what was lost, what remains, and a community's story retold so it isn't forgotten.

Sheepfold, Central Park

AI Workflow: LTX 2.3 Text-to-Video | Independent Project

Sheepfold was a working sheep farm in Central Park until 1934, when the flock was relocated and the building became Tavern on the Green. This test sequence uses archival photographs as conditioning input for a text-to-video pipeline built in LTX 2.3 and ComfyUI, with prompts refined against modern-day reference shots to correct for spatial accuracy, the flow of sheep into the meadow, sightlines, and the park's relationship to the surrounding city.

Vintage Dog

Custom Character LoRA | Independent Project

Vintage Dog is a custom character LoRA trained in AI Toolkit on a curated dataset of public domain footage, targeting LTX-2 for video generation. The LoRA was tuned to hold character consistency across frames while reproducing a 1920s film-grain aesthetic, grain, tone, and motion, then deployed through a custom ComfyUI workflow for prompt-to-video generation.
